Terma & Syarat

Campaign period will be effective from 1 Sep 2021 to 31 Oct 2021.
This campaign is only applicable for new installation.
This campaign is applicable to all fibre packages.
This campaign is only applicable to order from Shoptrack.my.
All campaign is tie to 24-months contract.
Internet plan is subject to the infra readiness and port availability.
Home appliance’s brand & specification to be determine by KTIC Marketing Sdn Bhd and it is subject to stock availability. KTIC Marketing Sdn Bhd shall not entertain any request from customer to exchange to cash term or home appliance’s brand/specifications.
Home appliances to be delivered within 40 days upon internet service provider (ISP) activation date.
Customer is not allowed to modify package (upgrade/downgrade and change) within first 6 months.
KTIC Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue temporarily or permanently, some or all of the promotion with respect to any or all users, at any time without notice.
Termination/cancellation of the plan within commitment period (24 months contract), customer will be charged subscription fee on the remaining contract months or RM500 from the ISP.
Except for the specific terms and conditions for the Campaign stated herein, all other terms and conditions for each ISP Fiber Broadband and General Campaign terms and conditions shall continue to apply.
